It is like nothing else you have seen before.  We took the stability of the Unilevel and empowered it with a placement feature!  Get rewarded for what you do while helping other people! As if that wasn’t enough, you now can receive a match on the earnings of EVERY Personally Sponsored Member regardless of where you place them!  Now you can build a team that is stronger than ever.  Every Member of your team is linked in a way that rewards them for giving others the leg up!  There has never been a way to pay it forward like this!

As you enroll new Distributors you will have the choice to place them into your Hybrid Unilevel structure by giving away sponsorship or have them spill by Enrollment.  If you choose to place your Sponsored Distributors, your Sponsored Distributors will be available for manual placement for 3 days after their enrollment.  After this period, they will automatically spill into your downline as you Sponsored them.  You will remain the Sponsor of those you place.  The Distributor under which you place them will become their Placement.  You will receive the Fast Start Bonuses and Matching Bonuses on all your Sponsored Distributors according to the information below.  You will also receive Residual Commissions based on the Placement structure of your downline. 


Permanent Fast STart Bonuses

When you have a Pro Perks Subscription, you will be paid a 30% Fast Start Bonus on the CV of the product purchases of ALL your Personally Sponsored Distributors Then, half of the CV they purchased is paid out in the Residual Plan (listed below).


Residual Plan

For the Residual Plan you will earn Residual Income on the purchases of Distributors' Placement structure monthly on the 15th of each month for the previous calendar month. You will be paid according to the below chart.

Matching Bonuses

You will receive Matching Bonuses on the earnings of your downline based on your Enrollment structure.

As long as you enroll and maintain the number of active Distributors (Distributors who with a paid Pro Subscription each month) as listed below,
you will receive Matching Bonuses on their income according to the below chart.

Leadership Rewards*

Each time you reach a new level of leadership, you will receive a one-time bonus. You must qualify to receive this bonus based on the chart below.

CV - Commissionable Volume: Each product has a Commissionable Volume attached to it. Commissions are paid on Commissionable Volume. CV is also used to calculate Rank Advancements.
Personally Sponsored Group: The individuals that you Personally Sponsor and anyone that they sponsor are considered part of your Personally Sponsored Group.
PV - Personal Volume: Your Personal Commissionable Volume. 
GV - Group Volume: Your PS Group Commissionable Volume. 
PS - Personally Sponsored: When you personally refer someone who joins the business they are your personally sponsored members.
PS Genealogy:  Everyone you sponsor, plus everyone they sponsor and so on.  Your Personally Sponsored Network.
Downline:  The network of people that have joined after you.
Infinity Bonus: a Bonus that is paid down to the next person who is at the same level as you.
Upline:  The group of members that joined before you and are positioned above in the matrix. They are part of your support network and they have a vested interest in your success.
Sponsor:  The person who referred and Sponsored you into the business.  Your immediate PS upline.

Unilevel:  A term used to define a Personally Sponsored Organization.  Everyone you Sponsor is Level 1.  Everyone they Sponsor is Level 2.  As the Level 2 people Sponsor others they become Level 3 in the Unilevel or Personally Sponsored genealogy, etc.
